The policies listed are non-negotiable. Please advise that each stylist at Geist is independent and may have additional policies in place, please contact your stylist directly for any policy related questions. Cancellation/Rescheduling We understand last-minute things come up that may affect your scheduled appointment but to protect and support our stylists we require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment (48-hour notice is appreciated). Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment scheduled date and time will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of service(s) booked. If you need to cancel only part of the service booked, the same 24-hour notification policy applies. Late Policy Please be sure to arrive on time. If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your stylist may not be able to provide some or all of your scheduled services, and the cancellation policy will apply. No Show No call/no shows to appointments will result in a 100% charge of service(s) booked. The cancellation or no-show fee payment is required prior to re-booking an appointment. Children Parents/guardians must message their selected hair stylist directly before booking an appointment online for children under the age of 13. Not all stylists will perform hair services on children under the age of 13, therefore contacting your stylist prior to booking is required. Due to the lack of space at Geist and for safety purposes we do not allow infants and toddlers in the studio. Health and Safety The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, have recently tested positive or have been in contact with someone with suspected or confirmed COVID, Flu, RSV, or any other communicable disease, please reschedule your appointment. Pet/Service Animal Policy No animals except trained service animals are allowed in the studio. This policy is enforced to protect others who may be allergic, as well for the safety of your pet, yourself, and your stylist. Please be courteous and leave your pets at home. General Please arrive to your appointment alone unless accompanied by a guardian or caretaker, as the limited waiting area space we have is reserved for clients waiting to be seen by their stylist. Please silence your cell phones while in the studio, if you must take a phone call, we ask that you please step outside (Note: this can impact your allotted appointment time). At Geist, we want to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for all clients and stylists. The studio policies are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy their visit to the studio.
